Hotel pricing
Built to fit your property.
Hotels and resorts land on Enterprise: custom pricing scaled to your departments, your headcount, and the number of properties you run. Tell us about the property and we will put a real number in front of you.
HOW IT IS PRICED
Four things that shape the number.
Enterprise is custom, which should mean considered rather than opaque. These are the inputs, and we will walk through all four with you before anyone talks about a figure.
Departments in scope.
Front desk and housekeeping is a different rollout from a full property with spa, banquets and three outlets. Most hotels start with two departments and add the rest in the second year.
Headcount, at peak.
We price against the roster you carry in your busiest month, because that is the roster that has to be trained. Seasonal hires are not billed as an overage.
Properties under one company.
A single independent, a group of four, or a management company running twenty. Multi-property operators get a shared library with per-property reporting, which changes both the rollout and the number.
How much already exists.
If you have a brand manual we are converting rather than writing, which is a shorter and cheaper onboarding. If nothing is written down, we plan for a longer first quarter and say so up front.
Where Enterprise sits.
Starter and Professional are per-location plans sized for a single dining room. A hotel is many departments under one roof, which is what Enterprise is for. The full comparison is on one page.

What comes with the tier.
Multi-department rollout.
Front desk, housekeeping, bell and valet, food and beverage outlets, spa and night audit in one library, with reporting split the way your organization is actually split.
Certifications with your name on them.
Your property's mark, your language, your renewal cycle. A housekeeper certified at your hotel carries a credential that says so.
A dedicated account team.
One person who knows your property, your season, and what you documented last quarter. Not a ticket queue that starts from zero every time you write in.
Onboarding and conversion.
We help turn the brand manual, and whatever else lives in your supervisors' heads, into modules people will actually finish on a shift.
Volume pricing.
Priced against departments and headcount, not per seat. Hiring for the season should never require a purchase decision.
Inspection-ready reporting.
Who was trained, on which revision of which standard, and when. Exportable, and genuinely useful the week before an audit.
