Golf club pricing
Built to fit your club.
Clubs and resort courses land on Enterprise: custom pricing scaled to your roster, your departments, and the length of your season. Tell us about the property and we will put a real number in front of you.
HOW IT IS PRICED
Four things that shape the number.
Enterprise is custom, which should mean considered rather than opaque. These are the inputs, and we will walk through all four with you before anyone talks about a figure.
Roster, at peak.
Not your winter headcount. We price against the crew you carry in July, because that is the crew that has to be trained, and a seasonal caddie costs the same to certify as anyone else on the property.
Departments in scope.
Some clubs start with outside services and the caddie yard, then add the clubhouse the following season. You are not obliged to document the whole property in year one.
Length of the season.
A twelve-month property in Florida and a seven-month club in Michigan do not use the platform the same way, and they should not be priced the same way either.
Properties under management.
One club, or a management company running six. Multi-property operators get a shared library with per-course reporting, which changes both the rollout and the number.
Where Enterprise sits.
Starter and Professional are per-location plans built for a single dining room. Clubs need multi-department rollout, custom certifications and an account team, which is what Enterprise is for. The full comparison is on one page.

What comes with the tier.
Multi-department rollout.
Caddie yard, outside services, pro shop, grounds and clubhouse in one library, with reporting split the way your organization is actually split.
Certifications with your crest.
Your club's mark, your language, your renewal cycle. A caddie certified at your club carries a credential that says so, and keeps it after the season ends.
A dedicated account team.
One person who knows your property, your season, and what you documented last year. Not a ticket queue that starts from zero every time you write in.
Onboarding in the off season.
We help build the first modules with your veterans over the winter, so March is a training month rather than a writing month.
Volume pricing.
Priced against the roster and the properties, not per seat. Adding the twelfth summer caddie should never require a purchase decision.
Integrations, where they earn it.
Custom integrations are available on Enterprise. We will also tell you when one is not worth building, which is more often than you would expect.
